Kiwifruit supplier seeks major acquisition

Seeka chief executive Michael Franks expects shareholders to greenlight plans to acquire post-harvest operator Opotiki Packing and Coolstorage (OPAC).“We are hopeful that the Seeka shareholders will approve the deal.
