New Zealand and China have officially launched negotiations on service trade between the two countries.As part of the 2022 NZ-China Free Trade Agreement Upgrade Protocol, the two countries agreed to enter into the negotiations aimed at progressing trade.The announcement, made on Thursday evening, came on the first day of Chinese premier Li Qiang’s visit to NZ and the second day of Fieldays, near Hamilton.Trade minister Todd McClay said the government was focused on opening doors for services exporters to grow NZ’s economy.He describ...
