OIO greenlights A2's Mataura Valley Milk purchase

The NZ Overseas Investment Office has given A2 Milk the green light to buy a 75% interest in Mataura Valley Milk, located in Southland.Late last year the company announced it would buy the stake for $268.5 million, based on an enterprise value of about $385m.
