Ravensdown has struck a deal to sell its central North Island lime quarries to Palmers Resources.The farmer-owned fertiliser co-operative signalled last month that it was putting its quarries on the market as it considered whether it needed to own them in preparation for lower volumes in the coming years.It undertook a review to understand how each of its quarries and processing facilities contributed to Ravensdown’s strategy.While sales volumes only slipped 0.4% to 891,000 metric tonnes (MT) in its most recent financial year, volume...
