Scott Technology announced $18 million in new contracts for protein processing products with three companies.The New Zealand Exchange-listed (NZX) industrial automation company didn’t break down the value of the contracts between the three companies.The contracts include providing JBS in Australia with a lamb primal system, which uses X-rays and computer vision to automate portioning of lamb carcasses.Brazil-based JBS has had a controlling stake in Scott Tech since 2016.It will also provide a loin deboner for Silver Fern Farms in NZ and B...
