Barfoot & Thompson says more than 81% of its sales last month were settled at more than $1 million, while one in five sold for above $2m.The Auckland realtor sold 1,182 homes during November valued at a combined $1.48 billion, of which 960 were priced above $1m, and 216 above $2m. That was at an average price of $1.25m, up 5% on the prior month’s $1.19m and 19% higher than November 2020.Ray White’s Auckland team tracked at similar levels, reporting 1,235 sales for the month valued at a combined $1.62b, an average of $1.3m....
