New Zealand Exchange-listed property minnow Asset Plus has announced a special dividend, subject to the settlement on the sale of its 35 Graham Street property in central Auckland.The five cents per share dividend is scheduled to be paid on Dec 18.The company reported a post-tax profit of $2.3 million in the six months to Sept 30, up from a loss of $4.7m in the preceding period, reflecting in part an unrealised $2.79m uplift in the value of its property portfolio since March 2024, "largely reflecting the unwind of the discount on Graham St...
