The sale of its 6-8 Munroe Lane development in Albany could be a precursor to the winding up of listed real estate trust Asset Plus.That’s after the firm, managed by Australian-controlled Centuria NZ, has been steadily hiving off its properties over the past year, including its retail interests at Stoddard Rd, Mt Roskill, for $36.75 million and at Eastgate in Christchurch for $43.45m.
