FMA orders Du Val to pull 'misleading' Instagram adverts

The Financial Markets Authority has directed property development company Du Val to remove advertising which it says is likely to mislead or deceive investors.Du Val was founded by Kenyon Clarke, a property investor and social media influencer, who owns and runs the firm with his wife Charlotte.The couple have reportedly been filming a reality television show this year, which is said to focus on their glamourous life and business projects.It is the company’s Instagram presence in particular that caught the attention of the market regulato...
