Global commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is offshoring its debt advisory division, a month after it announced it would downsize its New Zealand footprint.  The Australian Financial Review (AFR) reported on Tuesday evening that JLL is closing its Australian and NZ debt advisory division, shifting services to Singapore. An NZ source familiar with the situation confirmed AFR’s reporting, adding that it would involve no more than three jobs in NZ. They said the head of debt advisory, Mark Farrands, would main...
