Judge refuses halt to Serepisos house sale

A high court judge has ruled against a late bid to stop the sale of the home Terry Serepisos’ family lives in.Justice Neil Campbell said in a decision today that Terry and brother Lambros Serepisos’ bid failed at the first hurdle necessary to grant an interim injunction.“I conclude that the plaintiffs have not shown that there is a serious question to be tried.
