A group of companies associated with property management group Haven has been given under a month to devise a plan for paying its taxes or face liquidation.Kerry Hitchcock, the former managing director of listed property investor NPT, founded the Haven Group.The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has applied to wind up five companies, owned mainly by Kerry and Alex Hitchcock and one by Kerry Hitchcock.They are Fidelta Group, Haven Living Management, Proventus Group, Realm Property Group and Lakefront Investments.At a liquidation hearing in the Hig...
