Auckland's largest real estate agent says house sales and prices rose in November from both October and the same month in 2018, but that new listings were the lowest for a November month in 11 years.Barfoot & Thompson says it sold 960 homes last month, up 16.5 percent from October and up 2 percent from the previous November, with the median price up 4.7 percent year-on-year to $891,000 while the average price rose 2.8 percent to $963,671.The November sales were the highest since March and the highest for the month of November since 2015.But...
