Singapore billionaire Chio Kiat Ow has put the five-star Stamford Plaza Auckland on the block as part of a divestment of his Australian and New Zealand hotel interests.The suite of six hotels, owned by Singapore listed Stamford Land Corp, also includes Sydney’s Sir Stamford Circular Quay and Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel and Conference Centre, Adelaide’s Stamford Grand and Stamford Plaza and the Stamford Plaza hotel in Melbourne. It's understood Stamford will hang on to its Brisbane hotel property.Brokerage firms Jone...
