Vital Healthcare's manager appoints new independent director

Vital Healthcare Property Trust’s manager has appointed a new independent director, Michael Stanford, a former Healthscope director and medical doctor with extensive health sector experience. Stanford's appointment brings the number of independent directors on the now five-person board to three.
