As he prepares to hand over the reins, outgoing chair Anthony Beverley says Arvida had a “strong run” as a public company. Arvida Group's ownership will be transferred from shareholders to Stonepeak BidCo, a United States-based private equity firm, at the close of business on Wednesday.While management will stay in place and wait for instructions, the board will stand down and be replaced immediately.
