Property developer and investor Willis Bond is reported to be in negotiations with Australian petroleum company Ampol for the sale and leaseback of Z Energy sites valued at about $140 million.The Australian newspaper's Dataroom column on Friday named the Wellington-based property developer as being in "advanced talks" for the sale of 52 of Z's freehold service stations.The discussions follow Ampol's $2 billion buyout of Z Energy, launched last year, which will see New Zealand's largest fuel company delisted from both t...
