Kiwi Property Group is investigating ways of branching out from its core business, including moving into funds management, as Stride Property has done, and building apartment complexes to rent.Over the last year or so, Kiwi has refined its strategy to operating and intensifying mixed-use assets such as its flagship Sylvia Park shopping centre, at which Kiwi has already completed its first office tower.The other three centres it now classifies as mixed-use assets are LynMall, also in Auckland, The Base in Hamilton and the as-yet undeveloped town...
