Liquidators of a company that operated three Pizza Hut stores in Wellington are investigating for any potential voidable claims to parties who received funds after the stores were sold before liquidators were appointed. Malotia, owned by Sandeep Singh and directed by Mandeep Singh, was incorporated in February 2013 and owned and operated three Pizza Hut franchise stores in the Wellington region.The company was placed into liquidation by the High Court upon the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue on May 28 for failing to meet...
