Popular Auckland restaurant SPQR, which was tipped into liquidation last year owing more than $2 million, may ride again in a different guise.Liquidators Christopher McCullagh and Steve Lawrence, of PKF Corporate Recovery and Insolvency, issued their second report on Tuesday.It said someone had investigated selling and transferring the SPQR trademark before the company was placed into liquidation.The sale hadn’t been completed, the report said, but the trademark was transferred to a related party.“The liquidators recently organised...
