The Warehouse Group chair Joan Withers is adamant the retailer is “coming back with a vengeance” this summer as the household name tries to take back market share in key categories. Withers faced tough questions around chief executive recruitment, grocery and customer service at the company’s AGM in Auckland today. The firm reported a $54.2 million net loss for the 52 weeks to July 28 compared with a net profit of $29.8m in the previous year in September.
