Law firm Russell McVeagh has joined the list of creditors seeking to liquidate the David Henry-linked NZ Future Forest Products (NZFFP).David Henry is currently the sole director of the troubled company.A hearing to liquidate NZFFP is yet to take place, but a bid to restrict its advertisement has been dismissed by the high court in Auckland.In an April 13 decision, Associate Judge Peter Andrew said the case was “somewhat unusual” because NZFFP wasn’t relying on the “conventional ground” of a genuine dispute over th...
