By Paul McBeth March 29 (BusinessDesk) - SkyCity Entertainment Group has wrapped up the A$188 million sale of its Darwin casino to US hospitality company Delaware North. The deal went unconditional today after all of the criteria were met, including approvals from the Northern Territory government. The licence runs until 2031 with an option to extend it for another four years and also lets the operator run Keno throughout hotels and clubs in the territory.
