The chief executive of the Rugby World Cup has been suspended for alleged workplace behaviour only a little more than a year out from the men's tournament in France.Claude Atcher, boss of the organising committee for the 2023 tournament, will be investigated after employees claimed he has overseen a “climate of terror” in the build-up to World Rugby’s pinnacle event.Among the allegations are that Atcher abused World Cup funds for personal use and caused employees to suffer panic attacks and burn-out due to personal abuse.N...
