Lentils have a reputation as healthy but a little boring. Once derided as “hippy food” , it’s perhaps a little ironic that they’re the key ingredient in ANDFOODS’ dairy-free cream.ANDFOODS has developed alternative dairy products using technology, it says, that has taken the “yuck” out of such plant-based products.The company is now in the final stages of trials of its flagship cream product with a New Zealand manufacturer, with a planned launch in the third quarter of this year.
