Wellington public transport tech company Snapper has found a renewed purpose since it was offloaded by Infratil in 2018, including forging a deal to help with bus tracking for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in the UK.The company has more than doubled its head count from 35 to 70 since it was bought by the UK-based transport investment company, ICM Mobility Group.Infratil, which founded Snapper in 2008, sold the company when it exited the transport business, offloading Snapper and NZ Bus at the same time.Since then, Snapper has gone on to...
