Mark Heine has been named as permanent chief executive for Eroad after nearly three months as acting CEO.Formerly the executive vice president general counsel, Heine was named acting CEO following the sudden resignation of Steve Newman in April, after 14 and a half years with the company.Heine has been with the company since 2015 with a background working at various law firms in New Zealand and Australia.Newman stepped down from the role and resigned from the board, resulting in a share slump that has continued amid the general tech market down...
