Rocket Lab USA, the US-New Zealand space start up, is close to a merger with a US acquisition company. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, a reverse listing via a special acquisition company — commonly called a ‘SPAC — Vector Acquisition Corp. would take Rocket Lab public with a value of US$4.1 billion including debt.
