State school network security systems blocked 2.9 million cyber threats daily during term two last year.Network for Learning - N4L - said phishing was the most common form of threat, with 152 attempts blocked daily at each of the primary and secondary schools monitored during the term. A total of 120 million cyber security threats were blocked from April 15 to July 3.
