Cleantech startup UsedFULLY is moving into commercial operations after signing an exclusive global licence to use Scion Research’s fibre-processing technology for textile recycling.The deal marks a shift in strategy for the Wellington-based company, which had been planning to raise $3 million to build its own pilot manufacturing plant.
