The final designs and new te reo Māori names have been revealed for the stations forming the City Rail Link (CRL) project in Auckland.The renders for Maungawhau (Mt Eden), Karanga a Hape and Te Wai Horotiu (formerly Aotea) stations were released at a launch event on Friday.The mana whenua forum representing Auckland iwi gifted the new station names, as well as a new name for the central station, Britomart: Waitematā. Transport minister Michael Wood, who was at the launch event, described the new stations as the linchpins of future developm...
