Vodafone New Zealand co-owners, Infratil and Brookfield Asset Management, have paid an undisclosed amount to bring the 52 Vodafone retail stores across the country under the control of the telco, buying out joint venture partner Millennium Corp.The partnership began in 1997 with the first store under the brand name of the venture, Digital Mobile.In 2019, Vodafone NZ increased its stake in the venture from 25% to 50% and this deal will see it take full ownership at the end of a six-month transition period.It is not yet disclosing any plans for t...
