Former NZX and MediaWorks chief Mark Weldon is still at odds with his neighbour Russell Coutts, appealing the renewed water rights granted to the champion sailor.The biggest bone of contention between the neighbours on the Crown Terrace above Arrowtown is how much water can be diverted to keep the greens and fairways of the 36-hectare private golf course in pristine condition.
