Auckland International Airport
Auckland International Airport is made up of a group of companies providing airport facilities and related airport infrastructure. The primary asset is Auckland International Airport and the surrounding 1,500 hectares of freehold land. The company also holds investments in Cairns Airport and Mackay Airport in Queensland, Queenstown Airport and the Tainui Auckland Airport Hotel Partnership.
The group generates revenue from passenger and commercial aeronautical fees, retail concessions, car parking facilities, investment properties and other charges and rents associated with operating airports.
Shares are dual listed on the NZX and ASX, with Auckland International Airport one of the largest companies on the NZX with a market capitalisation greater than $10 billion in 2020. The company has been led by CEO Adrian Littlewood since 2012.
