Smartshares Europe ETF
The Europe Trust ("the Fund") is a unit trust, as defined in the Units Trust Act 1960, which tracks 500 large securities listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ markets.
The beneficial interest in the Fund is divided into units, with each unit representing an equal interest in the assets of the Fund, but not conferring any interest in any specific asset of the Fund.
The Fund invests in Vanguard's FTSE Europe ETF (VGK), which aims to track securities in developed European markets including Germany, Switzerland and the UK.
