The Ministry of Education has signed off on border exceptions for 1,000 international students to enter the country by the middle of next year.The terms of the exemption infer that border restrictions will still be in place. Aside from proof of vaccination, each student will have to have at least $20,000 available for living costs, in addition to tuition, and will also be able to pay for managed isolation and quarantine – although education providers can assist with those costs.It will be only the third cohort of students to be allow...
