2 Cheap Cars confirms auditor appointment

2 Cheap Cars has clarified the appointment of its auditor.

In a previous announcement, the company referred to UHY Haines Norton as its auditor.

However, it has now confirmed that the registered audit provider is Vikas Gupta, an audit partner who conducts audits through UHY Haines Norton Sydney.

2 Cheap Cars Group said the clarification does not change the scope or nature of the audit engagement, but was made to ensure accurate disclosure in line with NZX and Financial Markets Conduct Act requirements.
