Auckland Airport has appointed Mark Cairns as an independent director, bringing with him experience in logistics, infrastructure, large scale engineering construction projects and capital markets.
The Board has determined that Mr Cairns is an independent director and he will stand for election at the Auckland Airport Annual Shareholders Meeting in October 2022.
