Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

MHM Automation (NZX: MHM) has announced that its Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, 27 October 2022 in Christchurch.

Shareholders wishing to nominate a director for the meeting must do so by 5:00pm on 23 September 2022, and must provide written consent from the nominated person.

Nominations should be sent to Ian McGregor, Chief Financial Officer at MHM Automation Limited.
