Appointment of Anne Urlwin as a Director of Infratil

Infratil has announced the appointment of Anne Urlwin to the Board, starting 1 January 2023.

Urlwin has a wide range of experience, including directorships of publicly listed Precinct Properties, Vector and Ventia, as well as previously being a director of publicly listed Tilt Renewables, Chorus and Meridian Energy.

She holds a BCom from the University of Canterbury and is an FCA, CFInstD.

Urlwin has been awarded the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to business in the 2022 Queens Birthday Honours.

She will chair Infratil Audit and Risk Committee, taking over from Mark Tume, who retires on 31 December 2022.

She is required to retire and seek election at the 2023 annual meeting.

Infratil considers her to be an independent director.
