Downer EDI Limited today announced the appointment of Peter Tompkins as Executive Director, effective from 1 February 2023.
Mr Tompkins will then succeed Grant Fenn as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Downer Group on 27 February 2023.
The appointment was authorised for release by Downer’s Chairman, Mark Chellew.
