BFG - Notice of Annual Meeting – 7 September 2023

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Burger Fuel Group Limited will be held virtually on Thursday 07 September 2023, allowing all shareholders to attend without the need to travel.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote before the meeting online or by completing the Proxy/Voting Form and sending it to Computershare Investor Services Limited.

The business of the meeting will include the re-election of Director Josef Roberts and the automatic re-appointment of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway as the Company’s auditor.

Shareholders can submit questions to the Board via the online platform during the meeting.
