Blackpearl Group has launched a new SaaS product, Blackpearl Diver, which provides businesses with unique visibility into their website visitors.

The product is being offered to customers in the USA, and is facilitated by data partnerships with US based technology companies Trovo, Five by Five Data Co-op and The Prospect Desk.

Blackpearl Diver uses an identity resolution graph to match website visitors with demographic and firmographic data points, as well as contextual data such as the number of site visits and daily email interactions.

The product is designed to help businesses stay on top of customer interactions, enriching their data and maximising repeat business.
