Change of Auditor and Company Contact Details

Blackpearl Group Limited (NZX:BPG) has accepted the resignation of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Audit Limited as its external auditor, and appointed William Buck New Zealand as its new auditor.

The Board also announced a change of registered office and principal business address, effective 20 February 2023.

Blackpearl Group thanked Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Audit Limited for their service and support.
