NZX listed Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) has announced that the Commerce Commission has approved the sale of its Mighway and SHAREaCAMPER businesses to Camplify Holdings Limited.
The purchase price of AUD$7.37M is to be satisfied by Camplify issuing new fully paid ordinary shares and both companies have stated they will work to complete the transaction in the next 30 days.
