Comvita's chief financial officer, Nigel Greenwood, will be leaving the company on December 31, 2025.
Greenwood, who joined Comvita in 2020, played a key role in overseeing the company's financial strategy, investor relations, and corporate services.
In the meantime, he will continue to support the business through the financial year 2025 audit and focus on strengthening financial functions in the Southeast Asia and China markets.
The decision on a permanent replacement for Greenwood will be made by incoming chief executive, Karl Gradon.
