Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has announced that Eric Hernaez has resigned as a non-executive director from its investee Datagate.
The board has thanked Eric for his service and is in the process of finding a replacement.
Enprise Group currently holds a 32.03% share of Datagate, valued at $6,553,341.
