Datagate US Director resigns

AUCKLAND, 10 January 2023 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) advises that Eric Hernaez has resigned as a non-executive director from its investee Datagate Innovation.
Datagate, has advised that Eric Hernaez has resigned as a non-executive director due to his increased workload from other commitments.
The Datagate board would like to expressly thank Eric for his service to Datagate and wish him well in his business ventures going forward. Eric’s help and assistance to Datagate in North America has been very valuable, especially in the areas of his industry expertise and experience.
The Datagate board is in the process of finding and recruiting a replacement North American director.
Enprise Group’s share of Datagate is now 32.03%. If Enprise Group’s 2,340,479 shares in Datagate were valued at the November 2022 rights issue price of $2.80 per share, the value of the investment would be $6,553,341.
