Geneva Finance has announced the resignation of independent director, David Smale, effective from March 31 2024.
Smale, who previously served as the company's chairman from September 2008 to June 2020, returned as an independent director in September 2023.
The board expressed its gratitude to Smale for his support and assistance over the last seven months, as well as for his earlier years of service.
Geneva is now in the process of confirming a replacement for the position, with the aim of doing so before Smale's departure.
Geneva Finance is a New Zealand-owned finance company that provides services to the consumer credit and small to medium business markets.
