Enprise Group Limited (“ENS”) – Trading Halt of Securities

NZX has placed a trading halt on Enprise Group Limited (ENS) ordinary shares at 2.53pm today.

This is while ENS considers the implications of an injunction granted today, regarding a dispute between its subsidiary Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd and MYOB.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement by ENS about the injunction, or market open Monday, 7 August 2023.
